Entering My Information

The Company Information feature allows you to enter or edit your contact information. Two options allow you to print your email and phone number on the estimate. This feature also allows you to switch your job function. Job function options include:

• I write estimates
• I review estimates
• I write and review estimates

To enter or edit your contact information

1. Select the Configuration Dashboard, and then select the Settings option from the Configuration panel.
2. Select My Information from the Configuration panel.
3. Enter your name, email, and phone number in the appropriate fields.
4. Select the estimate printing options for your email and phone information.
5. Select the job function that describes your responsibility.

Note: You can also access this feature by selecting your user name link located in the bottom right of any Dashboard screen.
